Automatic_Release_Timer
Once a vendor marks an order as SHIPPED, a 14-day auto-release timer begins. If the buyer does not finalize the order or open a dispute within this window, funds are automatically released to the vendor.
Early_Finalization_Policy
Never finalize an order BEFORE receiving and inspecting the physical product. Once funds are released from Escrow, the administration cannot retrieve them for any reason.
Arbitration_Protocol
Disputes must be raised while the order is in SHIPPED status. Both parties must provide tracking logs, drop coordinates, or PGP-signed evidence to the Gavel Terminal for admin review.
FE_Vendor_Permissions
Only trusted vendors with high REP_SCORES are permitted to request FE. Buying from non-FE vendors who demand early release is HIGH RISK.
Direct_Payment_Warning
Any vendor attempting to bypass the Escrow system by requesting "Direct Pay" or "Outside Market Chat" should be reported immediately. These transactions are NOT PROTECTED by the Bazaar.
Flag_Policy_Violation
Encountered a vendor demanding Direct Payment or Off-Market Chat? Submit a high-priority alert to the moderators immediately.
